I am a former pupil of Stewards School and began my career in education in 1997 with Pearson Education.

Over the years, I have held a variety of sales and business development roles across the education sector, working with schools to support teaching and learning. My experience has ranged from introducing innovative classroom resources and curriculum solutions to helping schools embrace technology to enhance learning outcomes.

Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mum to two grown-up sons, and one of my greatest joys has been becoming a Nan.

My passion for education extends beyond my career. As a parent, I wanted to play an active role in my children’s education, so I became a governor at Hare Street Primary School in Harlow. I was honoured to serve as Chair of Governors for 14 years, during which time I helped support the school on its journey to achieving an Outstanding Ofsted judgement.

I joined PCLC in 2021, and it has been a privilege to be part of such a wonderful trust. PCLC is a community that not only strives for excellent academic outcomes but, more importantly, genuinely cares about every child as an individual. That commitment to supporting and nurturing each young person is what makes the trust such a special place to be.
