Part time Assistant Caretaker

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable part time Assistant Caretaker.  You will work alongside our Site Manager and be expected to open the school and manage the day-to-day maintenance of the premises, providing a safe and clean environment for students and staff.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and will have a flexible approach to the tasks undertaken and the hours worked. Duties will include assisting the Site Manager in undertaking all health and safety checks and working in partnership with other PCLC staff. The ability to use one's own initiative to work independently is highly desirable.

6.45am – 10.45am Mon – Fri - 20 hours per week

52 weeks per year / 23 days’ annual leave per annum

Scale 3 point 4 - £18, 426 (full time annual salary)

Actual pro rata annual salary £9960.00 plus pro rata annual fringe allowance £329.18
